Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract talent in the industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales & Business Development, as well as Technical roles, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and utilizing various sourcing channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- For Recruiter (full-time) role: previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- For Intern role: no experience required, but the ability to commit to 3 days per week is needed.
- Prior exposure to cryptocurrency, either professionally or personally, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
