Job Description
This is a Client Servicing and Account Management role with global business with an established network of clients across financial, consumer, tech, industrial, and consulting sectors.
Responsibilities
- Service the research needs of APAC corporate clients, ensuring that requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on the client's research and consulting needs (custom surveys, reports, consultations, etc.)
- Facilitate interactions between clients and subject matter experts on their needs
- Maintain and grow client business relationships for retention and identify opportunities for new products adoption
- Partner with Sales Team to pitch company's offerings to existing accounts to grow revenue
Requirements
- Prior account management or client servicing experience in market research / B2B sector
- Strong communication skills in English Language
- Full working rights in Singapore (without the need for visa sponsorship)
