We are currently recruiting for both full-time and internship roles.

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract talent in the industry.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales & Business Development, as well as Technical roles, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and utilizing various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• For Recruiter (full-time) role: previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• For Intern role: no experience required, but the ability to commit to 3 days per week is needed.
• Prior exposure to cryptocurrency, either professionally or personally, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
