This is a newly created role within a growing team, they specialize in helping clients conduct research to understand the sentiments of businesses. As Project Manager, you help to the pool of research participants from target sectors, as well as managing all aspects of fieldwork operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all fieldwork activities for research projects, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
  • Develop and implement fieldwork protocols, procedures to ensure high quality data collection.
  • Work with Research Team on project sampling (selection, sampling management and participants recruitment), while evaluating feasibility and timeline.
  • Ongoing monitoring of data quality to ensure research requirements are met.
  • Partner with external vendors to deliver the sample size needed for projects.
  • Manage fieldwork budget, resources and timelines to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the Market Research industry
  • Prior experience in online methodology is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of sampling methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Any scripting or statistical software knowledge will be a bonus (e.g. SQL, HTML, Java, Python, etc.)
