Act as the guardian of the brand identity and marketing efforts, this role demands a strategic visionary who can helm our marketing strategy and nurture our brand assets. You'll be at the forefront of crafting promotional strategies to enhance our brand's presence and position in the market. A critical part of your role involves assessing the impact of the marketing initiatives, keeping a pulse on market trends, overseeing promotional activities, and efficiently managing the marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary steward of the brand, orchestrating marketing strategies and managing brand assets with a keen eye on market dynamics.
  • Formulate and execute promotional strategies that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition and unique market position.
  • Conduct evaluations to gauge the success of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on market feedback and developments.
  • Oversee promotional efforts and fiscal management of the marketing budget to maximize impact.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a focused team, setting objectives and driving the execution of marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in marketing and branding, preferably within the FinTech sphere (FX Brokerage, CFD, Crypto), with a deep understanding of the European market.
  • Demonstrable analytical prowess, problem-solving capabilities, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a solid track record in crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing substantial budgets and leading projects to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
