You drive key restructuring efforts to integrate the newly acquired members into the business and ensure successful completion of the harmonization initiatives. You will also take on a hands-on approach to talent acquisition to support the expansion.
Regularly, you engage stakeholders on a range of strategic HR and day-to-day employee issues, while anticipating future needs.
What do you need to bring with you?
- Relevant experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
- Industry experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, FinTech or internet sectors.
- Good communication in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage written correspondence (in Chinese) with counterparts from China.
- Full working rights in Singapore (without the need for visa sponsorship).
