A hands-on people manager, you work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business’ HR needs.
Assessing and identifying the gaps in its HR needs, you lead project initiatives to address the business’ gaps in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management, staff engagement, etc. Review and improvement of policies are also part of the work, you initiate reviews and formulation of policies relevant to the business’ evolving needs.
The work encompasses a mix of strategic elements and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations. Some examples of HR initiatives you will helm are implementation of HR system, process streamlining, compensation review, etc.
Now, what is required of you?
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Experience in policy review and formulation
- A bonus if you are a generalist who has worked in specialist HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Training)
